This Week´s Prayer, Easter 7 Ascension Sunday
Ascended Lord Jesus,
you call us to lift our eyes beyond ourselves
and to see your kingdom at work in the world around us.
When life feels uncertain or divided,
help us to live with hope, kindness and compassion.
Teach us to be people who build bridges,
welcome others, and bring peace where we can.
Send your Holy Spirit to guide us in the ordinary moments of daily life —
in our conversations, our choices, and our care for one another.
May we remember that your presence is not distant,
but alive among us,
working through simple acts of love and faithfulness.
And as we wait in hope,
help us to reflect something of heaven here on earth.
