A Heart Ready to Grow
Lord Jesus,
You scatter the seeds of your Kingdom with generosity and love.
Prepare the soil of our hearts so that your word may take deep root within us.
Where our hearts have become hard, soften them with your grace.
Where faith has become shallow, strengthen our roots.
Where worries and distractions have taken hold, help us to seek your Kingdom first.
By your Holy Spirit, help us to hear your word, understand it, and live it each day.
May our lives bear fruit that brings hope, kindness and peace to those around us, and glory to your name.
